Price: ₦150,000 professional fee

Choose this if you want to register a limited liability company for your startup, SME, consulting business, vendor business, service company, family business, or growing business.

This is suitable for a standard private limited company with a simple shareholding/directorship structure.

Not included:

Where the request involves multiple filings, old defaults, missing records, shareholder/director disputes, penalties, or complex corporate changes, a separate quote will be provided.
